RSPCA Cupcake Day @ UNSW Aug 15th 2011

Remember a year ago, I organised Cupcake Day for the RSPCA at UNSW?

We sold about 500 cupcakes and raised $700ish dollars!

This year, I’m helping out my friend, Michelle from Tiny Chef Cupcakes on RSPCA Cupcake Day @ UNSW – Monday 15th August!

I personally love Tiny Chef’s Cupcakes and find that she makes the best (softest) batter, best cream cheese topping aka best cupcakes! (also nice and moist!)

I’m not sure what flavours she has planned to bake for this coming Monday’s RSPCA Cupcake Day @ UNSW but she told me, there will be 7 flavours, and approx 500-600ish cupcakes in total! She will be selling a variety of cookies too for the non-cupcake-lovers!

We’ll be setting up infront of the UNSW Main Library from 9AM – 4PM, (Enter through High st, Gate so…… if you’re a student at UNSW or live nearby, pretty please drop by to our table and pick up some delicious cupcakes for you and your loved ones, whileee helping out a good cause! All money raised will be going straight to RSPCA!
